Introducing the new Hermes King of Seasons Coronation scarf, measuring 140x140cm, featuring a double-sided monochromatic print. Made from a luxurious heavyweight cashmere-silk blend, with an equal effect on both sides, it consists of 70% cashmere and 30% silk, available in two colors.On one side, a lion with golden fringes radiates sunlight, while an eagle hides among autumn leaves. A wolf trembles gently beneath a frosty crown, and a magnificent horse adorned with flowers evokes the renowned paintings of Arcimboldo. Pierre Marie reinterprets the imagery of the changing seasons, with each season represented by a fantastical anthropomorphized creature, resembling a hymn to nature's abundance. The costume inspiration for these mythical beasts comes from Henry de Gissey's designs for the ballet Ballet Les Fetes de Bacchus in the 17th century and for the Russian ballet in the early 1920s. This Baroque-style luxurious scarf pays tribute to the passage of time.
