- MIUMIU Embroidered Pique Fabric Jacket
Through the use of a hot melt adhesive film process, the pique fabric is permanently bonded with a technical knitted fabric, forming a double-layer structure. The outer layer retains the classic textured honeycomb pattern of pique fabric, while the adhesive layer effectively blocks air flow, providing excellent warmth retention. The double-layer composite fabric significantly increases thickness and structure, making it less prone to wrinkling and far more resistant to deformation compared to single-layer pique, while still preserving the moisture-wicking and breathability benefits of pique fabric.
At the chest piece, a high-precision computer embroidery machine controls the coordinated operation of the needle, rod, and spool through a precise calculation system. The fabric frame moves accurately in both horizontal and vertical directions, creating stitch trajectories, adjusting the tension of the upper and lower threads to ensure smooth stitching without floating threads, resulting in intricate patterns with an error margin of
