The number of warp threads per inch far exceeds that of the weft, resulting in a surface with fine, uniform diamond-shaped textured patterns that are smooth to the touch and slightly glossy. The fiber properties provide natural moisture absorption and breathability, making it less prone to heat. The high-density structure enhances its abrasion resistance while also offering good wrinkle resistance.Fabric 2:.The second fabric is a single-sided fish scale fabric woven from cotton as the base. The front features a smooth knitted surface, while the reverse side is created using a floating yarn technique that forms a three-dimensional loop, adding fluffiness and a delicate texture. The loop structure has a high water absorption capacity and quick evaporation, and it retains its shape well even after multiple washes.Process 1:.By proactively intervening in the potential shrinkage of the cotton knit surface, we achieved a transition from variability to stability in the fabric, enhancing dimensional stability while minimizing deformation and wrinkles.Process 2:.Bias-cut fabric strips, approximately 0.4 cm in width, are used to wrap the edges.
