The compact spinning technology effectively eliminates yarn fuzz, resulting in a smooth and uniform yarn body, which gives the fabric a subtly matte, high-quality texture and enhances its pilling resistance. The fabric weight combines a draping feel with a flexible structure, naturally conforming to body curves while maintaining its silhouette. This high-density, heavyweight ribbed structure is tight and substantial, offering excellent elasticity and rebound, ensuring the neckline stays securely in place.The front chest logo is printed using a halftone screen printing technique, where water-based paste is transferred to the fabric in micron-sized dots through a high mesh count screen. By manipulating the size, density, and overlap of the dots, a delicate color gradient, rich layer transitions, and precise pattern reproduction are achieved, resulting in photo-quality accuracy.
