Made from 15S special spun compact cotton with a weight of g/m2, paired with a 32S 1x1 ribbed neckline that has a high weight of g/m2. The compact spinning technology effectively eliminates yarn fuzz, resulting in a smooth and even yarn body, which gives the fabric a subtle, high-end misty texture and enhances its pilling resistance. The fabric weight provides both a draping feel and a flexible structure that naturally conforms to body curves, maintaining the silhouette. This high-density, high-weight ribbed structure is tightly woven and solid in texture, offering excellent elasticity and resilience to firmly hold the collar in place.
Featuring a positioned needle-punch embroidery technique, the four-color wool and cotton yarn needle-punch embroidery is a composite embroidery process that combines multiple yarn materials and three-dimensional stitching methods. The wool yarn constructs the main color and fluffy volume of the pattern, while the cotton yarn outlines fine contours and secures the underlying structure. The needle-punch embroidery uses varying stitch lengths and directions to create a natural color gradient and texture transition on the fabric surface, achieving sharp boundaries at the edges through precise cotton yarn stitching.
Colored eco-friendly elastic glue printing employs modern printing techniques using water-based polymer eco-friendly paste. Through a high mesh count screen printing process, specially formulated elastic glue paste is accurately transferred onto the fabric.
