Upgraded Waffle Four-Stripe Shorts.The most challenging aspect of TB's products is definitely the fabric. There is absolutely nothing like it on the market. Of course, this particular model is especially unique. It's a brand new attempt for us. We cut off a piece of ZP. Just the process of developing the fabric and dyeing took three months. We used high-quality cotton yarn imported from Italy, which has undergone multiple processing steps to achieve a comfortable feel, breathability, and shape retention.The four-stripe splicing part also poses some difficulty because it consists of three evenly spaced stripes. Special machinery must be used for production to ensure uniformity. After the splicing is completed, the semi-finished product must undergo several rounds of pressing before continuing with the manufacturing process. This is essential to guarantee its aesthetic appeal and smoothness. The steps involved are truly numerous. However, after more than three months of effort, we can genuinely say we've achieved about 99% accuracy!
