Upgraded Waffle Four-Stripe Shorts
The most challenging aspect of TB products is definitely the fabric. There is absolutely nothing like it on the market. Of course, this particular style is especially unique. It is a brand new attempt for us. We started by cutting a ZP. The development of the fabric and dyeing alone took three months. Made from high-quality cotton yarn imported from Italy, it has undergone multiple processing steps, resulting in a comfortable, breathable, and shape-retaining material.
The four-stripe splicing part also presents a certain level of difficulty. Since it consists of three evenly spaced stripes, we had to use specialized machinery for production. This ensures a very uniform outcome. After the splicing is completed, the semi-finished product must be pressed several times before continuing with production, so as to guarantee its aesthetic appeal and smoothness. The number of processes involved is truly extensive. However, after over three months of effort, we have managed to achieve a remarkable 99% accuracy! We are dedicated to perfecting every TB product.
