The thickness is 10.7mm.The bezel is securely fastened with five screws, and the details of the lugs and the H-shaped bracelet feature a new design that is more ergonomic, allowing for a more comfortable fit on the wrist.What makes this new piece particularly special is the dial, which replicates the grid pattern used in the original Ingenieur SL. The creation of this pattern involves stamping a relief texture onto an iron dial base, followed by galvanization. The pattern consists of intersecting fine lines, which are embossed on the soft iron blank and then treated with electroplating. This design covers the entire inner area of the dial, while the outer area surrounding the minute markers remains smooth. The proportion and position of the IWC logo have been carefully adjusted to ensure it aligns perfectly with the grid pattern. The hour markers coated with luminous material ensure clarity and readability at night.The dial features a classic three-hand layout, with hour markers and the second hand returning to the 1970s style. The date window is located at 3 o'clock, while the INGENIEUR logo is positioned at 6 o'clock.The new original quick-release steel bracelet has been molded, and CNC craftsmanship has been used at the corners of the polished edge of the bracelet links, ensuring that each link is neat and smooth.
