The fabric is made from high-quality combed long-staple cotton denim, which retains its stiffness while providing increased mobility, allowing for unrestricted everyday wear. The entire pair of jeans features a vintage medium stone wash combined with a hand-scraped whiskering technique, pre-washed to remove the sizing from raw denim, softening the cotton fibers and eliminating the stiff industrial feel. The stone-washing process creates a natural gradient of light blue fading on the legs, with horizontal water ripple effects around the thighs and knees, along with hand-crafted whiskers and monkey paw effects. The front thigh area is artistically hand-scraped to create a gradient fading texture that simulates natural wear. A color-fixing and softening finish is applied, using a weak acid color fixative and a fabric softener soak to reduce fading, resulting in a smooth and warm hand feel. The side webbing is custom woven with high-density polyester and viscose blend, ensuring excellent color fastness and long-lasting vibrancy. The entire set features heavy-duty double-stitched seams and vintage metal hardware, making it durable and well-constructed with high attention to detail.
