The fabric is made from high-quality combed long-staple cotton denim, retaining stiffness while increasing mobility for unrestricted daily wear. The entire pair of jeans features a vintage medium stone wash and hand-scraped whisker effects, with a pre-wash to remove the original starch from the denim fabric, softening the cotton fibers and eliminating the stiff industrial feel. The stone-washed treatment creates a natural gradient of light blue fading along the legs, while horizontal water wave patterns form around the thigh and knee areas. Handcrafted whiskers and fading effects are applied at the front thigh for a gradient distressed texture, simulating a naturally worn vintage look. The color is fixed and softened through a weak acid dye fixative and fabric softener soak, reducing fading and giving a warm, smooth hand feel. The side webbing is custom-woven independently, using a high-density polyester and viscose blend that boasts excellent color fastness and does not fade after multiple washes. The entire set features heavy-duty double-stitched seams and vintage metal hardware, ensuring durability and high-quality craftsmanship in the details.
