Through the washing process, the vest's color achieves a natural fading effect in select areas, followed by placing the skirt into washing equipment for de-pulping, stone washing, and bleaching to present a uniform fading effect. Dye is sprayed onto the entire denim fabric using a high-pressure pump to match the original color tone.
3. Stone Washing with Light Enzymatic Softening
Through the friction between pumice stones and the fabric, the denim surface acquires a worn and faded appearance. A combination of stretching and bleaching techniques creates texture and stretch while lightening the fabric.
