Fabric Selection:
Both sides are made of iconic nylon fabric, featuring a yarn break strength that reaches N, far surpassing ordinary nylon while maintaining the same performance as traditional nylon. The abrasion resistance is improved by 30%, allowing it to handle daily friction and stretching without pressure. Weighing only 90g per square meter, it is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The structure is stable, quickly returning to a flat shape even after multiple folds. It boasts excellent moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties, with a moisture evaporation rate twice as fast as that of ordinary nylon, making daily maintenance effortless. One side is navy blue, while the other features a digital floral print, allowing for independent wear on both sides and achieving the practical value of one garment, two styles.
Custom Floral Digital Printing:
Using environmentally friendly active digital printing technology, large floral patterns are reproduced on the fabric at a 1:1 ratio. The color transitions are natural and delicate, with distinct contrasts between gray-blue and deep black, and the edges of the pattern are free from harsh serrations, capturing the relaxed texture of hand-painted flowers. Additionally, through a high-temperature fixing process, the printed layer is deeply bonded with the fabric fibers, making it resistant to fading, cracking, and curling even after repeated machine washes, keeping it vibrant as new over time.
Craftsmanship:
All seams are wrapped with 0.4cm wide bias-cut fabric strips, with the fabric's warp and weft angles precisely cut at 45
