Fabric Selection:
Crafted from premium Lyocell fabric, derived from natural wood pulp, the fabric features a delicate, soft matte texture. It feels smooth and silky to the touch, draping elegantly without clinging to the body. The hollow structure of the fibers effectively wicks moisture and sweat, quickly absorbing perspiration while providing a cool sensation, eliminating stuffiness and stickiness. After undergoing a pre-shrink treatment, the fabric has minimal water wash shrinkage and resists hardening and wrinkling.
Embroidery Craftsmanship:
The signature three-dimensional embroidery on the chest is created using a Japanese Tajima embroidery machine for precise pattern making, combined with multi-needle precision work, ensuring uniform stitch distribution across the embroidery. The finished design features tightly packed, full embroidery threads, creating a textured and three-dimensional pattern that harmonizes softly with the off-white fabric. It feels smooth to the touch without any rough or hard protrusions, maintains its quality after prolonged wear, and does not fray or unravel.
Sewing Craftsmanship:
1. The small square collar is sewn with double-layer bias binding, ensuring a well-defined collar shape that does not collapse or curl, with the collar label neatly aligned and the interior edges cleanly finished without fraying;
2. Double-fold cuffs are secured with double-needle stitching, featuring two buttons for adjustable fit; hidden pleats are sewn on both sides of the back shoulder to optimize arm movement, ensuring ease of lifting; all visible stitching on the garment is even and tight, with neatly bound pockets and secure lock stitching to prevent unraveling and fabric fraying.
