The Cartier Love series [Colorful R] pancake necklace pairs well with outfits and has a super elegant design [Thumbs Up R]. The Cartier pancake comes in four styles: no diamonds, three diamonds, six diamonds, and full diamonds. Of course, the full diamond version is the most beautiful. If your budget allows, go for it all at once! Stars like Zhang Jiani and Kunling all wear the full diamond version. The prices for gold and rose gold are the same, but platinum is a bit more expensive.
