Fabric Selection:
The exterior features a % polyester plaid fabric, while the interior is made of % polyamide solid color fabric. Both materials are crafted using a high-density plain weave technique, resulting in tightly woven yarns and a smooth fabric surface with a subtle matte finish. The jacket is lightweight and comfortable.
The plaid polyester outer layer utilizes reactive digital printing technology, ensuring symmetrical and well-defined lines with stable color retention. It resists color bleeding and fading during washing. The inner polyamide fabric is soft and smooth to the touch, gentle on the skin, and breathable with micro-perforated weaving, making it suitable for spring and summer without causing sweat accumulation. It also boasts excellent tear resistance and durability, maintaining its shape and smoothness even after repeated folding.
Craftsmanship:
This jacket employs a double-layer cutting and lock-stitching technique, with independent and complete fabric pieces for both the inner and outer sides. The placket, hood, body, and pockets are all sewn with synchronized double-sided fabric pieces. The edges feature a hidden binding process, ensuring no excess raw edges or loose threads are visible on either side, providing a refined finish whether worn inside out or outside in.

1. Equipped with custom two-way metal nylon zippers that ensure tight and smooth engagement, allowing for dual-direction opening and closing. The zipper edges are reinforced with double-layer fabric to prevent unraveling or jamming, and the zipper tape is neatly aligned.
2. The integrated hood is designed with multiple division lines for shape retention, minimizing soft collapse or deformation. Both the hood opening and hem are fitted with matching drawstrings and custom plastic buckles featuring engraved letters, allowing for adjustable tightness to lock in warmth and block wind.
3. The outer side of the solid fabric is adorned with an oval silicone knight logo patch, featuring an embossed warhorse design, and is secured with high-temperature stitching around the edges to prevent peeling or detachment.
