Crafted from 12s all-cotton air-spun sweat fabric in a unique black-gray tone, featuring a distinctive woven and dyed texture. The enzyme stone wash process ensures the fabric remains soft and skin-friendly while providing excellent drape and wrinkle resistance. This treatment eliminates the stiffness of the fabric, giving it a warm, vintage feel. The side seams are sewn using a 4-needle 6-thread technique that requires specialized machinery, resulting in a more durable, flat, and elastic seam compared to standard stitching, significantly enhancing the pants' durability and comfort. There is no sense of restriction during movement. The two eyelets on the waistband are completed by a domestic high-speed embroidery machine, which first perforates the fabric before embroidering the eyelets to achieve a highly dense and refined effect. The drawstring is hand-sewn from the same fabric as the pants, avoiding the cheap feel of standard drawstrings and reflecting a cohesive aesthetic. The back pocket print involves first scraping a transparent base paste 12 times to establish thickness, followed by five applications of a foam paste, and finally low-temperature baking to create a 3D raised foam effect. The texture is prominently raised, comparable to the original, and is durable and wear-resistant without peeling. Unisex design, the length of these pants is slightly longer, and the fit remains true to its original design without alterations, allowing for personal adjustments in length.
