Made from 50-count double-stranded long-staple cotton, this premium cotton is renowned as the finest among cottons, highlighting its exceptional value. It serves as a key material for top domestic products and high-value-added textile and apparel exports. The fabric features a 16BM light alkaline mercerization process, which gives the surface a smooth and lustrous finish, resembling the sheen of silk and enhancing the overall appearance of the fabric.Key Benefits:.- Improved dimensional stability: Effectively reduces shrinkage during washing and wearing, ensuring that the fabric maintains its size more reliably.- Enhanced dyeing performance: Increases the fabric's ability to absorb dyes, resulting in more uniform and vibrant coloration and better dye fastness.The jacquard is produced using Japan's Fukuhara 26-needle jacquard machine, which ensures high precision and excellent flatness of the fabric, with rounded patterns that avoid rigidity-making it the preferred equipment for high-end jacquard textiles worldwide.Available in three colors, sizes M to 3XL.
