PPF's new product, named Zhen Tu, officially announces the birth of the old-money style with the VC Vacheron Constantin historical masterpiece series H/J, a golden legend refined by time!
The watch features a 37mm barrel-shaped case crafted in Swiss 3N gold, fitting comfortably on the wrist without any sense of restriction. The iconic serrated bezel replicates the essence of the original design, with clean lines that are both sharp and warm; the Maltese cross emblem is engraved at the 5 o'clock position. The seamless integration of the case and lugs showcases a smooth, unified craftsmanship, polished and brushed to create a delicate and warm gold sheen, embodying a restrained luxury that eschews ostentation.
The dial presents a creamy golden surface with a warm matte finish, naturally filtering the vintage aesthetic and harmonizing beautifully with the gold case for a visually sophisticated appeal. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock for simplicity and practicality; the gold baton hour markers and hands are neatly executed, both coated with lime-green Super Luminova for clear readability in the dark. The center of the dial is engraved with the VACHERON CONSTANTIN brand logo, featuring elegant and refined typography, with a minimalist design that eschews unnecessary decoration, epitomizing the beauty of high-end watchmaking through simplicity.
The movement is powered by PPF's exclusive self-developed /2 automatic winding mechanical movement, comprising numerous components and 27 jewels. With a thickness of only 3.6mm, it features a 3N gold-colored exclusive rotor, intricately engraved with the logo, and the grooved pattern on the outer edge echoes the bezel. The power reserve is approximately 40 hours, with a vibration frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 beats per hour), ensuring greater accuracy in timekeeping.
