Fabric Selection:
Crafted from 15D ultra-fine nylon fiber material, the fabric weighs only 45 grams per square meter, making it lightweight and portable. Utilizing air deformation technology and reduced alkali treatment, it breaks the traditional stiffness of nylon, offering a cloud-like softness and smoothness while maintaining abrasion resistance and wrinkle-proof characteristics, significantly enhancing strength. The 2800-needle high-density weaving process provides functions such as wind and sun protection, presenting a delicate texture while ensuring functionality.
Perforation Technique:
Employing high-precision laser perforation technology, a classic check pattern is created on the lightweight nylon fabric. The precision distribution of 0.1mm micron-level holes increases air circulation by 40%. A numerical control system operates the laser head to melt the fibers at a frequency of times/second, forming smooth, burr-free hole edges to prevent snagging and deformation. The density of the perforations varies with the depth of the check pattern, enhancing the three-dimensional light and shadow effect while improving breathability, achieving a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics.
Printing 1:
The printing technician uses a mesh screen to apply a base ink with lighter pressure, filling the holes in the nylon fabric, then switches to a thicker mesh screen to print a reflective paste mixed with 80% high-refractive glass microspheres, ensuring reflective brightness. The registration error throughout the process is controlled within 0.1mm, with details of the logo spear, shield, etc., remaining intact and clear. After printing, the fabric is pre-dried at 60
