This short-sleeve T-shirt is made from 15s specially spun compact cotton, which is a coarse gauge heavy fabric, featuring a strong texture and crisp quality. Due to the thicker 15s yarn, the parallelism and cohesion of the fibers have been significantly improved, reducing yarn fuzziness and giving the fabric a delicate and slightly frosted high-end feel. It also greatly enhances the pilling resistance. The neckline is crafted from 100% cotton high-density ribbing, achieving elasticity through high-density weaving, providing a pure and natural touch.
The iconic logo and equestrian knight emblem are made using a thick paste process. The printing involves repeatedly layering the thick paste in the same pattern area through screen printing. Each layer must be dried before adding the next, making the challenge of this technique the precision of alignment and thickness control for each layer.
Once the thick paste is completely cured, a gloss finish is applied, with transparent gloss precisely covering the raised surface of the thick print. This not only adds a layer of high gloss, giving the logo a luxurious mirror-like effect reminiscent of lacquer or enamel under light, but also utilizes the high hardness of the gloss to serve as a protective layer, enhancing the print's abrasion resistance and durability.
