The bi-directional rotating bezel is engraved with the four cardinal directions (N, S, E, W) and degree markings, allowing the wearer to calculate direction.The hour markers on the dial are prominently enlarged at 3, 6, and 9, facilitating easy time reading. Both the hour markers and hands are coated with high-intensity luminescent material, ensuring clear visibility at night. A pulse rate scale is printed on the colorful inner bezel, enabling users to start the timing function and record the duration of 30 heartbeats to directly calculate their heart rate per minute.
