Omnichannel Sales Specialist

Overview:

As an Omnichannel Sales Specialist at To Be Continued..., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue generation through various channels, including client outreach, social media engagement, and in-store interactions. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and embodying our company's vision to provide luxury accessibility to all women.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing multiple channels, including client outreach, social media engagement, and in-store interactions.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and ensure consistent growth.

Client Outreach and Engagement:

  • Utilize our extensive client database for outreach and follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collect accurate and complete data and conduct follow-up activities to expand the client base and foster new relationships.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including posts and stories, to attract and interact with our Instagram audience.
  • Utilize social media analytics to optimize content performance and drive sales conversions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Take direction from the Store Manager and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Follow and apply all company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to collective team operations efforts, including but not limited to maintaining an orderly back office, shipping and merchandising.

Customer Experience:

  • Welcome walk-in clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Share our company's vision and mission with clients, conveying our commitment to luxury accessibility and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and experience in social media management.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Intake Specialist

Overview:

To Be Continued... is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist. The Intake Specialist will play a crucial role in the seamless intake process of luxury products onto our platform and assisting their team with all consignment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Many intake specialists in our company have evolved and are currently in management roles. This position is an opportunity to function at a high performance level at the heart of the business and is a prime position for

Roles and Responsibilities:

Merchandise Intake:

  • Write Informative Product Descriptions: Craft detailed and engaging product descriptions using industry-standard fashion terminology to accurately represent each item.
  • Price Merchandise: Determine appropriate pricing for consigned luxury products based on retail value, condition, and style, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Inspect Consigned Products: Conduct thorough inspections of consigned luxury items for condition issues and salability, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Identify High-Value Merchandise: Recognize high-value and marquee merchandise, prioritizing their processing through the system for faster turnaround.
  • Authentication: be familiar with signs of counterfeit items so as to identify risk factors and ensure that we only accept legitimate items.
  • Inventory Management: Input all product intake data into Liberty, our internal inventory system, accurately maintaining records of incoming merchandise.

Consignor Relations Management:

  • Consignor Interaction: Greet and onboard consignors during in-person drop-offs, ensuring a positive experience and taking inventory of acceptable merchandise.
  • Client Home Pick-ups: Schedule and conduct client home pick-ups, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Solicit New Consignors: Actively seek out and solicit new consignors to expand our network and inventory.
  • Manage Returns to Consignor: ensure efficient merchandise turnover by returning expired items to the consignor at the end of the consignment period; manage return requests in a timely manner and in keeping with company policy.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management and other team members to develop best practices for the intake process, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
  • Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure adherence to company standards and execution of the intake process.
  • Prepare Items for Photography and Sales: Collaborate with the photography and sales teams to prepare consigned items for listing on our platform.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to making TBC a thought leader in the luxury resale space by bringing passion and innovative ideas to the workplace every day.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or consignment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and precise.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and capacity to respond to deliverables.
