This T-shirt is made from 15s special spinning compact cotton. The compact spinning technology uses an air flow aggregation device to eliminate surface fluff from the yarn, resulting in a smooth, rounded yarn body with uniform thickness, significantly enhancing its pilling resistance, and presenting a subtle, misty high-end texture on the fabric surface. The medium to high weight of the fabric provides both drape and a flexible structure, making it an ideal base for the mirrored logo print and subsequent distressed wash processes.
The mirrored logo employs a suede foam printing technique, combining the dual technologies of foam printing and suede effect. The foam printing process decomposes the blowing agent in the paste at high temperatures, generating gas that expands the resin layer to create a three-dimensional raised effect; the suede effect is achieved through a special resin copolymer formulation, producing a soft surface texture with a slight suede feel during the foaming process.
The distressed wash process utilizes pumice stones in industrial washing machines to create mechanical friction on the finished garments, resulting in localized whitening, abrasions, and irregular fluff on the fabric surface. The subsequent washing removes excess paste, simulating the natural aging that occurs with long-term wear, making the fabric extremely soft and fluffy while presenting a vintage nostalgic visual effect.
