They feature an elastic waistband with drawstrings, side seam pockets, and a back pocket adorned with a logo. The regular fit and mid-rise design extend to the mid-thigh.Using 32s fine yarn ensures a delicate and smooth surface texture; the base yarn is made from 12s coarse yarn, creating the signature fluffy loop pile of fleece. The heavy fabric structure gives the shorts a strong drape and sturdiness, so they won't sag against the legs but instead form a clear silhouette around the body.After weaving, the fabric undergoes a piece dyeing process in the dye bath before cutting and sewing. The areas where it is folded are dyed lighter, while exposed areas are dyed darker, resulting in a natural gradient and color drop effect. To enhance the vintage spray print feel, additional processes such as washing and stone washing are applied. The surface of the fabric shows local whitening, abrasions, and fuzziness due to friction, simulating the signs of wear from long-term use.The back pocket features a brand logo treated with a screen printing process for the lettering. The printing paste contains special microcapsule foaming agents that expand during high-temperature baking, creating a three-dimensional raised effect, with a surface that also displays a texture similar to spray paint particles.
